Production is according to TICW/06-2009 (BS 5038) standard.
Flame retardant is according to GB/T 18380.3(IEC 60332-3) standard.
Application:
The instrument cable is used in computer automatic control system, especially in computer distributed control system. It can transmit various analogue and digital signals of testing, controlling interlocking alarm in production process. The product is fluoroplastic insulated and used some new technique, so it can defend disturbance from magnetic field and static electricity. It has excellent characteristic in resistant high and low temperature, resistant acid and alkali, resistant oil, resistant fire and so on.
Characteristics:
1. Opearting temperature : 200ºC.
2. MIN using temperature: Flame retardant PVC Sheathed -40ºC(Fixed Laying), -15ºC(Non-Fixed Laying)
Silicon Rubber Sheathed -60ºC(Fixed Laying), -20ºC(Non-Fixed Laying).
3. MIN laying temperature: 0ºC(Flame retardant PVC Sheathed), -60ºC(Silicon Rubber Sheathed).
4. MIN bending radius: 12 times of OD (Copper Plastic Composite Tape Shielding Cable)
